Né en
1978 dans la Loire, j'ai passé mon enfance dans les paysages du Pilât,
du Mezinc et des alpes de Hautes Provence... C'est dans ces
merveilleux endroits que j'ai appris à regarder et à aimer la lumière et
les paysages. Ma démarche trouve son inspiration dans les travaux de grands photographes de paysages comme Ansel Adam, Rodney Loughjr, Peter Lik.... Je dois aussi beaucoup à la communauté Flickr qui est une source d'inspiration et un lieu d'apprentissage extraordinaire. Over the past tree years I’ve been spending a great time in California, photographing incredibly beautiful landscapes in these location and around. I have now a real passion for landscape photography and as soon as I have time to hunt the light it’s a pleasure to find a spot, go there, compose and wait for the magic light… My philosophy "You know the scene, you spend weeks trying to be in a special place at the right time. The light is perfect, the conditions are good, some clouds are coming in the right direction, you’re all alone in front of a beautiful area, and all you can do is to feel this incredible excitation of those magic instant, getting every composition you can find. I currently live in Provence in France and travel around as soon as I can looking for natural beauty that will inspire people to protect and save our precious natural landscape and seascape. My work have been feature in some magazines, exposed in galleries in US and in France. I won several contests and especially the 1st prize in the famous Canon Photography in the Parks Photo Contest. I create these images so that I can bring into your home, the feeling of being there. That is what matters most to me.
