Shipping and Delivery: Prints ordered will usually be shipped via within two weeks of receipt of order and completion of payment authorization. Most of the time prints are shipped within 7 days.
This time can vary somewhat depending on photo art and framing options
selected. Most photo art will ship directly from the artist. Purchasers
will be given the opportunity to select 2-day air shipping. Large
sized framed art that is over the maximum size for standard parcel
carriers will be shipped by other freight carriers. Ordering:
- Select the photo art of interest: Click on the thumbnail
image in the various galleries or in My Gallery to view an enlarged
image and ordering information on the product page. Note: From the
product page you may add this image to My Gallery for review later.
- Place the photo art in your shopping cart: From the
product page you first select the "print size & framing options"
desired from the pull down menu. Then click on "add to cart".
Please
note that placing the photo art in the shopping cart does not
constitute a commitment. It can easily be removed. Once art is placed in
shopping cart you can delete a selected image, change the quantity,
continue shopping, or checkout.
- Proceed to checkout: Once you are ready to buy, proceed
to the shopping cart page via the Purchasing Menu or by clicking the
Shopping Cart symbol on the top-right of any page. On the Shopping Cart
page click on "checkout".
- Complete the purchase: During checkout you will then be
asked to provide "ship to" information & select shipping method,
verify payment due and select and provide billing information. At the
end of the process you will receive a statement, which may be printed
and saved for your records or included in fax or mail payments. Shortly
after the completion of your order, you should receive a confirming
email and a subsequent email when your photo art prints have shipped.
Orders by phone, email, fax or mail
will also be accepted. However, it is recommended that you go through
the automatic checkout process first and select alternative payment
options. To order directly, refer to contacts for phone number, fax number, email address or mailing addresses. Billing Options:
You may pay by credit card, check or money order. If you select credit
card, you can take advantage of our automated credit authorization or
you can provide the credit card information by email, phone or mail. We
accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express credit cards.
- Automated Credit Card Authorization: This is the quickest and
easiest method. All credit card information is authorized by Bank of
America, which employs secure communication. In most cases the credit
card authorization is completed in minutes and the order can be
processed immediately.
- Credit Card Orders Via email, fax, phone or mail: The order
will remain on hold for two weeks pending receipt and authorization of
the credit card information. Use the order statement provided at the end
of the checkout process.
- Check or Money Order: All checks or money orders should be
payable to VisionLight Gallery. The order will remain on hold for two
weeks pending receipt and clearance. Use the order statement provided at
the end of the checkout process. Please do not send cash.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase
of any photo art print and choose to return it, VisionLight Gallery
will issue a refund or a credit against another purchase. The refund or
credit will cover the price paid plus all US shipping and handling
cost.
This guarantee does not cover matted or framed photo art. If you would
like to eliminate your risk for matted or framed art, then purchase the
print first and, if satisfied, return it for framing and we will credit
the price you paid plus all shipping and handling cost against the
framed price and shipping.
This money back guarantee is subject to the following terms, conditions & exceptions.
- The purchaser must contact the VisionLight Gallery within 14
days of the intent to return or exchange the photo art print and receive
return authorization and instructions. The print must be returned to
the VisionLight Gallery within 30 days of its original ship date.
- This money back guarantee requires that the Photo Art print,
matting and framing are returned in its original packaging in the
original condition. VisionLight reserves the right to return without
refund any print that is damaged or to reduce the refund to compensate
for the damage. If VisionLight decides to take this action, it will
contact the purchaser to discuss the options.
- The purchaser is responsible for assuring the print is returned to VisionLight Gallery on the time schedule above.
- Any refund will be in the same form as used for the original purchase.
- If the goods are damaged upon receipt, the purchaser should
contact VisionLight within 3 days. VisionLight will arrange for and bear
the cost of inspection and return shipment of the damaged print. The
damaged print will then be replaced by VisionLight.
- VisionLight reserves the right to retract this offer
unilaterally for any individual or organization at anytime for any
reason. If retracted this will not affect any previous orders shipped
when the money back guarantee was in effect. Purchasers of orders in
process but not shipped will be contacted if this money back guarantee
is retracted.
- Special Orders often involve additional non-recoverable
expenses, so refunds for returns of special orders may involve a refund
that is reduced by the cost of these expenses.
- International shipping is not covered fully by this money back
guarantee. Any refund will be reduced by the excess cost of
international shipping over the cost of US shipping for the same item.
